Job Description

    Designation: BDM- Immunoassay AntibodyReports to: Sr ManagerTeam Size: 3Demography: South AsiaRoles and Responsibilities : - Creating niche market strategies and contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, create visibility and acceptance of Antibodies & Immunoassay Solutions in South Asia (India & Neighboring Countries) .- Planning and overseeing in collaboration with Applications, TSS, Sales and Marketing for new marketing initiatives to create a brand.- Researching prospective accounts in target markets and keep edge over competitor activities.- Customizing need-based presentation, demonstrating practical demos, pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle till post sales.- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. (Retain and Grow)- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.- Organizing and attending Protein& Cell Analysis conferences, meetings, and industry events.- Developing Antibodies & Immunoassay panels for Flow and Protein Multiplexing, quotes and proposals for clients.- Developing goals for the sales team and achieving business growth.- Training personnel and assist team members develop their skills.- Abs Stock & Demo Trackers to be maintained with clear outcome towards revenue.- KOL and SME to be met and maintained.- Align with all top leads for Luminex Instruments and Key Accounts for Antibodies- Antibodies & Immunoassay Tracker -what and how weekly/Monthly action plan for the region.- Activities to be planned and being executed.- Maintain and add value to optimum utilization of database with -user group, new markets, competition installations.Experience & Requirement- Qualification: Ph. D /MSc Biotechnology -Life Science with eligible experience.- Products: Antibodies and Immunoassay solutions for Luminex, Western Blot, Flow cytometer platforms.- Eligibility: 70% Technical and 30% Commercial Role with at least 10 years of Practical Experience on Protein &Cell Analysis Products preferably from Commercial Life Science OrganizationsDemography: South Asia.Business Travel: 50-75%,
