Job Description

    Professional - 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required - 12+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics - Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Preferred Qualification- MBA (IT Operations)- CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping - ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Must Have Experience - Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow solution using industry best practices and help build a complete ecosystem around ServiceNow- Ready to walk the extra mile to meet the Customer Success- Hands-on development experience for ServiceNow platform- Ability to design and propose solutions around ServiceNow Product line and their interface to IT landscape- Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance - Experienced in implementation on ITOM & Automation. - Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. - Able to guide the team and handle escalations- Prior experience with Presales / Customer handling / Consulting around ServiceNow. Good to have Experience - Worked on either of CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM - Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM - Not just a People Manager but someone ready to get hands dirty when neededThis job opening was posted long time back.
