Job Description

    Head of operations - EdTechResponsibilities :- Ensuring Smooth Operations- Employee Operations, Assets Operations & Onboarding Operations.- Ensuring Cost Efficiency across all the teams in the organization and working with cross-functional leaders- Drive reviews on major L0/Functional metrics- Programs manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve major issues- Create efficient storage, manpower and supply solutions with maximum flexibility and minimized cost Build.- Drive fulfilment KPIs and AOP.Requirements :- 8 to 10 years of work experience in Operations/Planning/Logistics- MBA in Supply chain and Operations from Tier 1 Institutions preferred.- eCommerce/FMCG/Startups with more than 1500 employees- Exceptional analytical & problem solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data backed decisions- Proactive, self-starter, highly motivated and excellent data analytics skills,
