Existing Opportunities2. New Opportunities identified as pursuable by OPDRefer Corporate Policy Hunt vs Farm ownership for understanding the Hunt ownershipResponsibilities :1. Develop and implement marketing and sales plan for each opportunity:a. Identify Market sizeb. Identify Competitors and their strategiesc. Determine Product/Service and Priced. Determine Distribution strategy (channel, sales team etc)e. Develop Product collateralsf. Develop Sales collateralsg. Develop Websiteh. Develop SEO strategy2. Monitor competitor performance and strategy to modify marketing and sales plan to protect and grow competitive advantage.3.
