O- Neil that has helped thousands of institutional and retail investors succeed in the market.Position : Fund Manager ( AIF Category III )Detailed job description :- To develop a fundraising strategy that is aligned and can sustain our ambitions as an organization.- To lead the execution of the fundraising strategy.- Reach out to potential investors - Banks, Mutual Funds, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Insurance Companies, etc. to pitch about the company and on-board them. - Negotiate pricing and other terms of the sanction and coordination of transaction execution and closure- Should look after pre & post funding documentation process, investor relationship, etc.- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths.Skills and Knowledge :- CA, MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate or Postgraduate in any disciple- Should have passed out their full time MBA s (Marketing / Finance) from reputed Top Tier Institutes.- 5 plus relevant experience, preferably in a highly complex financial control and fund raising at corporate level- Experience of working and building strong business relationships in a changing environment- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.- Should have command over communication with confidence.- Should be target oriented.,
