null#L1-PHILINFP&A Analyst HS Service, FP&A CoE CommercialYour teamYou will be part of the Customer Service team, and you will report to the FP&A team lead, Customer Service.The FP&A COE is the analytical engine that serves as the Business Partners right hand to interpret and drive management insight. The COE leverages analytical expertise within the organization, providing insight, tracking down source data, and triaging causes to support management decisions.Your Key responsibilityAs an FP&A analyst, you need to drive active interaction and planning agreements in close alignment with business leaders. Drive operational excellence in rolling up Forecast (FC), Annual (AOP), and Strategic (SPOR) Planning process, including defining counter-measure to get back on track in case of deviations to targets. Support Performance Review preparation, including gathering standard inputs from various stakeholders. Ensure timely standard information, participate in the business case, and its validation and support restatement process. Build an internal network with strong links with more extensive Finance and broader leadership on process alignment, organizational (re)design, and Accelerate Productivity target realization. Develop and maintain robust capabilities to influence others and Proactive communication over the planning process to stakeholders.Your Main Activities

  • Support the reporting and actuals around business cost (EUR 300M) control, including monthly reporting actual / Planning, and generate critical insights per budget owner. Deep-dive root-cause overspend. Deploy budget cuts to drive cost level back to AOP. Perform deep-dives, sharing findings with business leaders. Identify opportunities to drive cost down beyond AOP. Simplify the Cost Center structure set-up and review all cost allocation. Moreover, Work collaboratively with HRM to deliver the FTE Tracker, transparency, and cleansing for the Service departments.
  • Apply ESSA (Eliminate, Standardize, Simplify, and Automate) in all Activities and Processes of CS in all matters under your scope. Support and drive for application of standard and automation of reporting solutions; Develop and maintain tooling used within the team to improve data quality, enable scenario simulation and insights into the development of the figures, and drive efficiency.
  • Enhance Analytics - Get to the Why and mitigation plans. Explain reason instead of numbers; propose solutions and alternatives. Anticipate actions and provide value add input to Business Partners and the organization at large. Deliver bridges and other insights that explain results.
  • Support global programs, such as Cost Center Planning and Margin Bridges and Analytics.

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance with 3+ years of working experience

  • Results and action-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customer expectations effectively, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and work with virtual teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Has a positive attitude towards work and is supportive of changes (initiatives two implementations).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excellent Excel skills, and PowerPoint is necessary.Knowledge of macros desired.
  • SAP experience required
  • Knowledge of Internal Philips financials systems desired (BPC/AFO-PMA/EFR)
