Job Description

Danfoss looking for an Engineer - Testing ( Third Party Role) with hands on experience into quality systems and standards and help to protect customers against failures in the problem solving process. Job Expectation:

  1. Ensure quality systems and standards are in place and make sure they are followed
  2. Help to protect customers against failures in the problem solving process (internal /external)
  3. Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects and improve Good manufacturing practice document for internal and partners
  4. Manage a team of shop floor technicians

Success Criteria:

  1. Quality processes within own manufacturing unit executed in compliance with customer specific requirements, ISO 9001 Danfoss Drives Management system
  2. The employees in the area has a strong quality mindset, competencies and customer focus
  3. Front line passion, Think Danfoss behavior to be demonstrated without reminder

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Electrical, Electronics Engineering with 2 year experience in VFD and control panel testing.
  2. Knowledge in Panel quality inspection and wiring Mechanical Electrical inspection
  3. Control logics testing and trouble shooting
  4. Customer complaint handling and supplier quality CAPA handling with right stake holders in team
  5. Excellent communication skills to handle customer inspection
  6. Work with supplier to meet quality delivery and develop them
  7. Awareness of ISO 9001 is mandatory IATF 16949 is an added advantage
  8. Proficiency in English, Tamizh, Hindi (added advantage)
  9. Need to be a team player and voluntary support to team success
  10. Voluntary weekend participation to complete the projects and delivery on time without hesitance
