Job Description

    This strategic supplier services function plays a key role in building and evolving our supplier strategy in close cooperation with key business partners and supplier facing functions in Operations. The role manages the overarching view of the Operations supplier landscape, including direct spend overviews per workflow/service, who is responsible for suppliers per workflow/service/product, opportunities for consolidation and current and future supplier focused improvement initiatives. The function will lead supplier business reviews, defining clear agendas, burning platforms and expected outcomes with the appropriate level of cadence and always in cooperation with supplier management functions across Operations. This role will manage centralized and consistent supplier communications and act as a main point of contact for strategic services, liaising directly with the appropriate account managers at suppliers.The role will manage the rollout of customer centricity and CX capabilities to our suppliers, liaising with relevant supplier facing business units and key POCs at selected suppliers.This function will ensure we drive and track supplier innovation opportunities across relevant workflows in cooperation with SMEs in Operations. The function will play a key coordination role in strategic programs that require supplier driven solutions. The role will also coordinate relevant supplier scouting, discovery activities and RFI/RFP meetings/documentation in conjunction with Operations, Procurement and Technology. All incident management activities will be coordinated by this function with the appropriate level of dilligence, transparency and communication and in close cooperation with content/data verticals. The role will support our sustainability strategy (carbon zero) by engaging with the Carbon Zero Project Manager and suppliers in supporting this key initiative and demonstrating adherence to our green targets.,
