Job Description

who will help us with continuous execution and hands-on maintenance of different digital tools throughout their lifecycle.

You ll join a dynamic, international digital team, pushing boundaries every day to deliver better digital customer experiences.

You will become part of the Digital Customer Experience Program in Danfoss. We are more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss.

The position is located in India (Chennai) and will report to a direct manager located in Germany.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  1. Support troubleshoot through efficient execution of operational tasks such as access handling, documentation, tickets, insights collection
  2. Hands on maintenance of Danfoss cookie approach to stay continuously compliant
  3. Administrator/system specialist of various platforms as Cookie setup, SiteImprove, Hotjar and LMS platform (Cornerstone) and by that responsible for executing operational tasks.
  4. Troubleshoot and assist the team in getting issues related to different digital tools (e.g. platform/tool access, IT/helpdesk related, etc.) resolved
  5. Conduct training to tool users as needed
  6. Support creating comprehensive documentation
Background Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Bachelor or master degree in IT or digital marketing 4+ years relevant experience from international companies Excellent English skills both written and spoken. Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
