Job Description

Installation and Maintenance of windows operatingsystem related to Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure.
Troubleshooting windows operating system issues.
Installation and configuration of approved softwares.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems onapproved software applications.
Installation and Maintenance of printers, scanners etc.
Troubleshooting LAN network related issues.
Troubleshooting for failed antivirus.
connection/windows patch failure related toDesktop/Laptop.
Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up andrunning in line with standards.
Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levelsand department guidelines.

Bachelors degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology.

Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer
Working Knowledge on Windows Operating System Windows 10.
Good written and verbal communication skills
