  1. Knowledge of office automation products, hardware (desktops and laptops), and computer peripherals (including printers and scanners)
  2. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  3. Working knowledge of Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, RedHat Enterprise Linux V5/6/7 and Windows System administration and their troubleshooting practices
  4. Ability to build and monitor services on production servers
  5. Knowledge of servers and switches and other solutions relevant to digital infrastructure

  1. Address and resolve user tickets raised for hardware, software and networking queries
  2. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  3. Remotely troubleshoot problem when necessary
  4. Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
  5. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
  6. Log technical issues and their solutions
  7. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  8. Conduct walk-through on installing applications, printers and computer peripherals
