Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesImplement short term ER Strategy in plant through Subordinates.Proactively provide continuous support and ensure welfare services on time.Be fair, firm and transparent in ER policies.Ensure ER network and strong communication channels in the interest of Organization.Initiate and implement good ER practices at plant.Monitor and Control Dept.
