Job Description

Working exposure in R&D function from Tractor/Automotive/Farm Equipment/Auto Ancillary
Should have good analytical skill while analyzing technical data / information
Exposure to IT/PLM systems such as Team Center or its equivalent.
Good knowledge of Ms-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel
Should have fluency in writing technical contents, articles etc. (Flair for writing)
Good command over English language (both written & spoken)

Basic knowledge of Innovation and Intellectual Property Management

Job Role:

Ensure delivery of knowledge documents as per new product development (NPD) process gateways.
Management of technical standards process
Closure of Invention Disclosures by interaction with inventors and patentability analysis.
Implement the initiative of Knowledge management Index across NPD teams to encourage, recognize and reward contribution to knowledge management.
Support delivery of initiatives to promote Innovation & knowledge management such as Mahindra Innovation Awards etc.
