Job Description

  • Building DMP traits and segments using Citi 1st party data and Adobe Analytics signals on web and app visitors
    • Aiming to support the regional Citi teams with DMP traits / segments creation and management for 2-3 markets
    • Creation and verification of Traits/ Segments based on Batch file per environment
    • Creation and verification of Traits/ Segments based on Analytics signal coming from Website and Mobile App
  • Coordinating with mobile and Web developers on DMP tags implementation per environment
  • Coordinating with Data and Analytics Decision Management DM team in case of any issues in batch file data attributes
  • Configuring all basic configuration in DMP for each environment: traits and segments management and folder handling taxonomy
  • Coordinating with teams looking after other MarTech tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for any activities that require DMP segments
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years hands-on DMP experience: traits and segments creation, 1st party data management, traits and segments taxonomy, DMP-to-DSP connectivity, DMP paid media campaign execution
    • Adobe Audience Manager DMP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in advertising technology, programmatic, performance marketing, and/or digital marketing performance analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on DMP experience or equivalent, implementing and using (e.g. Salesforce Audience Studio, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, Amobee, Google GCP + GMP, etc.)
  • Proficient understanding of view on AdTech ecosystems: marketers, agencies, digital marketing analytics providers, programmatic and adtech vendors (SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, DMPs, data aggregators)
  • Hands-on experience with any of the above mentioned AdTech ecosystems
  • Hands-on digital marketing performance analytics experience, implementing and using (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Hands-on programmatic marketing or paid media experience (running, setting up, launching and performing any ongoing optimizations of paid media campaigns on Google, Facebook, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of data architecture, systems integration, and data flow of interconnected ecosystems such as CRM, data lake, DMP, DSP
  • Basic understanding of analytics outputs: insights and dashboards development, being able to conduct basic troubleshooting that systems are working, pixels are firing, and the right data is flowing back into the analytics platform, and then being able to setup the initial dashboards that will report and validate performance against the client s use cases
  • Understanding of audience Personalization/Segmentation strategies and execution tactics related to paid media campaigns
  • Experience in developing high-level AdTech use cases and value propositions based on desired future state of clients
  • Experience in leading or working with fast-pace development team in Agile/Scrum environment
