Our Business Architecture people effectively balance the needs of our business stakeholders with the capabilities of our technology partners to steer and guide us toward the optimal solutions. This role is focused on our Recruiting portfolios, which handle the largest components of the overall people analytics portfolio. Reports to: Business Architecture Portfolio Lead Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list) Provide functional and technical expertise in the area of reporting and analytics solutions in coordination with other members of the project team. l Proactively involve in reporting/data escalations; work with respective partners to recommend appropriate sustainable, scalable, and long term solutions. l Translate business needs and requirements into functional and technical specifications and ensures the final solution meets the requirements and aligns to standards. l l Create and maintain effective standards and governance for reporting architecture.
