Job Description

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve reported issues/problems
  • Follow ITIL practices to resolve incidents, problems and implement changes
  • Execute full life-cycle of software development to deliver application enhancements/modules
  • Problem management, workaround, resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
  • Communicate on time and follow recommended escalation channels
  • Coordinate with vendor/support group to resolve issues/implement changes or upgrades
  • Focus on service improvements to enhance overall customer experience
  • Ideate and drive value additions and implementations of the same, thereby enabling a business to operate with more efficiency
MANDATORY SKILLS:
  • Service management
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle/PL SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • End-user communication
  • Service Now Usage and Reporting
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in pharma domain Regulatory/R&D space
  • Experience in supporting/developing applications in a validated environment
  • Willingness to learn and support applications of any type (In house/COTS) on any technology
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: any Computer Science/IT background
  • PREFERABLE INDUSTRY: IT
  • OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6 years
