Job Description

    Introduction The Securities Services Operations data analytics is responsible to provide curated data sets to stakeholders for intuitive insights and decision making. The team is currently on the journey to onboard data sets to public and private cloud.The role will be based in Mumbai and the candidate will be responsible to work both with Tech and Ops teams across multiple locationsRoles & responsibilities: You will specialize in project and program management, governance, and orchestration of large scale cloud engagements. You will support internal teams delivery and execution of our programs. You will have experience planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation and/or cloud migrations.Description
    • Lead the project management of multi-functional projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, regulatory approvals, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
    • Manage the quality of the delivery teams and resources when needed.
    • Take various project and technical requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives.
    • Break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that can be executed as sprints.
    • Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements for large groups or organizations. Ability to collaborate well with others and possess excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
    • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5-7 years of experience in a software program or engineering management role in AWS, Azure, Google cloud computing and/or enterprise software.
    • Project management experience.
    • Experience successfully delivering software products.
