Job Description

Skills requirement: You have a proven track record within strategic procurement and/or category management (5 to 7 years) within the areas of Administration category specialist in travel, marketing productions, PR agency, consultants and with overall experience of 10+ years in worldwide companies. Further, you should have the following skills:

  • Create and implement a strategic sourcing plan for all assigned categories delivering best in class metrics for productivity, service, innovation and stakeholder approval
  • Knowledge in the strategic sourcing process within Administration categories, including strategy execution, contract negotiations and TCO reductions
  • Previous Sourcing and Management experience is strongly preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of applicable experience, in the following areas: Indirect Strategic Sourcing in the functional areas of Admin category in international environment.
  • Having expert knowledge on costing factors and contracts.
  • Adaptable to work in a matrix environment and being a strong team player.
  • Strong communication skills with previous experience on handling global stakeholders.
  • Project management skills
  • Should have completed a Bachelor of Engineering and/or master s degree
