Job Description

Hiring Cafe / Assistant cafe managers in Tamil NaduResponsibilities and Duties:-

Communication skills Good. Must have a good grasp of written and spoken English
Must have a basic understand of calculatingfood cost/ FIFO/ EBITDA/ Up selling/ Suggestive selling/Profit and loss account etc.
Motivated staff to execute an exceptional level of service leading to a direct increase in loyal, repeat customers.
Accepted and excelled at new job responsibilities outside the realm of daily management of caf including menu design, marketing activities, and being the Project Lead on the companys large-scale transition to a new POS system

Eligibility :

Candidate with experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)Hotel or Food Industry , Retail background with a basic knowledge of stock management, inventory, Food cost, wastage & P&L.

Shift timing:-

Male:- Rotational shift
Female:- Genral shift
