Job Description

Roles Responsibilities 1. Performance Management

  • Advanced data reporting analysis on Cooling segment and CC division globally to provide business visibility around sales, pipeline, margin, global KPIs, portfolio planning, complexity reduction, compare targets, etc. also implement corrective actions
  • Own and maintain all the CC apps on daily CC sales, weekly pending order monthly performances measures.
  • Provide contents for CC-general management (GM) meetings, sales driver meets DCS BRM
2. Inventory Management
  • Prepare and present weekly inventory report for all CC PLs on stocks in factory and fulfillment regions - status vs. targets for the year end current month
  • Ensure overall stocks and consignment stocks meets year end targets
  • Prepare quarterly BRM slides on inventory. Coordinate with regional fulfillment teams, sales operations and controllers (factory PL) on stock information
3. Support and Drive Global Initiatives
  • Should be able to crystalize CC management direction on strategic initiatives. Has to enable necessary actions across teams while being the watch-tower to bring such efforts to an impactful conclusive end
  • Self-starter to do ad-hoc strategic analysis with a clear target to drive growth, increase profitability or address business issues
Professional Competencies:
  • Engineering graduates (Electronics Mechanical preferred) with 8 - 10 years of strong expereince with the following skill sets
  • Advanced data reporting analysis
  • Prepare and present weekly inventory report
  • Advanced skills in MS-Excel
  • Sound knowledge of Power BI or VBA Macros
  • Good to know Python or R and SQL or MS-Access
  • Maintain high data quality accuracy

  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Should be a sharp presenter, posses excellent written communication skills who would be comfortable working on a timely manner with global business leaders across regions functions.
