    • Position: Business Development Manager
    • Experience: 4-8 Years
    • Education: BE/BTECH (IT) && MBA in Marketing
    • Location: Kolkata
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • In-charge of Assigned territory
    • Setup, Implement and manage the marketing strategy for the territory
    • Identify, Contact and build rapport with potential clients in the territory
    • Generation of own Leads
    • Researching organizations && Individuals to find new opportunities
    • Taking control of the leads assigned by the back-office digital marketing team
    • Giving quality product demonstrations, taking help of technical team if required
    • Creating && submitting commercial proposals, follow-ups && close the orders.
    • Achieve the assigned targets
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree in any stream
    • MBA from reputed institution
    • 3 Years experience in BDM role preferably in ERP selling
    • Excellent oral && written communication skills. Proficiency in the local language of
    • applied
    • Territory is a must
    • Readiness to extensively travel within the territory
    • Proficiency in ERP processes and IT
    • Good time management
    • Good Team Player
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
