Job Description

  • Candidate must be expertise is in sales and marketing to the overall operation of generator business.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures relevant to Generator projects
  • Assists in developing and monitoring project performance against strategies and plans and acts as necessary to ensure achievement of goals and objectives. Monitors activities and takes necessary action to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Handle customer escalation and ensure smooth resolution resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Ensures timely billing and Collections from projects
  • Mobilizes and manages relevant project resources and related issues in accordance with the project plan.
  • Participates in risk assessment and recommends design modifications to eliminate system malfunctions
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience at handling a branch/region from Generator/ Electrical background
  • Experience in sales and execution and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Post Graduate
