Job Description

    Description and Requirements Under general direction, assists in the administration of the Company s global benefits policies, programs, and data. Works closely with both the US benefits team and India HR to ensure international programs and practices are compliant and operating according to plan rules. Expected work allocation would be approximately 50% of time spent on U.S. benefit matters and 50% on India benefits. Would report to U.S. based Benefits leader, but also have dotted line/matrix reporting to India HR team. Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Prepare POs, review invoices, and submit payments to third-party vendors
    • Perform benefit plan audits, including enrollment, indicative data, and payroll file/deduction data on a scheduled basis
    • Submit benefit plan activity files to third-party vendors
    • Review employee reimbursement requests for certain benefits and submit approved payment files to payroll
    • Validate intranet pages contain current benefits information for each country and update as needed
    • Answer employee help desk tickets for benefits and compensation questions
    • Regularly audit employee data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, and prepare system correction documentation and approvals
    • Attend benefit vendor meetings and document and complete next steps as necessary
    • Provide general support during benefits and compensation processes
    • Help prepare benefits survey submissions.
    • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
    Experience/ Qualifications:
    • 3 years of benefits, compensation or payroll experience
    • Prior experience working in a multi-national organization in a matrixed environment
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel is required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to attend U.S. morning Benefits team conference calls two to three days per week
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
    • Customer service mindset in supporting internal customers
    • Experience with Oracle preferred
