Job Description

Job purpose:

• Finacle Core Banking Customization Professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more end to end Implementation project

Your client responsibilities:

• Need to work as a team/team lead in one or more Finacle projects.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

• Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Foster teamwork and lead by example
• Training and mentoring of project resources
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Mandatory skills

• Should have worked in Finacle 11x versions in Customization Track
• Expertise in providing refined customization solutions for complex requirements proposed by clients
• Expertise in various customization modules like custom menu development, reports, interfaces etc.
• Expertise in customization development in various modules like CASA, Clearing, Lockers, Payments, Branch Ops, Assets, Loans and Trade finance.
• Experience in Version Migration and New Implementation projects.
• Possess good banking domain knowledge
• Should be able to Create technical design documents based on the solutions provided by business consultants.
• Knowledge on various customization modules like custom menus, business logic, reports, interfaces etc.
• Ability to estimate efforts based on the design provided requirements and change requests.
• Should be able to Customize (Front end and Backend) on the Latest Finacle 11x versions
• Should act as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and be able to drive the Testing phase of the project
• Should be Able to act as a Dev Manager and lead the Development team
• Should be Able to provide fixes for the issues identified during testing phase
• Should be able to Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide beta fixes/workaround fixes and liase with Finacle Product Team for Permanent fix
• Should be able to provide quick fixes for any Customization issues observed
• Should be well versed with Version Control and CI/CD patch deployment
• Expertise in FI and Connect 24
• Hands on experience in PLSQL

• Should be well versed with JAVA

Soft Skills:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Should have presentation skills
• Client management experience (Stakeholder management)
