Job Description

  • Understanding Business Requirement Document (BRD), perform in-depth analysis, creation business solution artefacts like Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Interface Requirements Documents (IRD), Interface Specification Documents (ISD), User Stories (US) etc establishing traceability to the business vision and objectives, acting as the primary SME for the relevant project / module
  • Managing the requirements from initiation to closure by working closely with business stakeholders, management and technology delivery teams
  • Ensuring solutions are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable and unambiguous
  • Stakeholder identification, analysis and management
  • Identifying and engaging different layers of stakeholders for different stages of project lifecycle
  • Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on Business Solution artefacts
  • Creating business value through the solution proposed and implemented
  • Leading discussion with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and needs
  • Proactively suggesting process and system improvements which create sustainable business value
  • Adhering to change management standards and procedures, including documenting and capturing all project artefacts required by project governance
  • Planning and delivering training as required
  • Reviewing FSDs, SIT / UAT / UVT for DRH and Tech / Business Go-live test cases & triaging
  • Support post-production phase
  • Able to manage guide juniors in the team from the work allocation perspective, guiding them to deliver high class output, provide guidance
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) Engineering or MBA (optional)
  • Good experience with exposure in global/multi country project implementations
  • Experience of working in a collaborative, global team
  • Good understanding in one or more of the client lifecycle areas (Retail Banking, AML, KYC, CDD, Client Static Data)
  • Should have knowledge of end-to-end business solution and business analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under business environments with lesser clarity with an ability to drive for solutions
  • Business analysis certification / triaging (preferred)
  • Agile experience (preferred)
  • Ability/experience with shaping and leading project workstreams and deliverables
  • Ownership of one or more applications from the functional delivery perspective as part of the technology streams
  • Knowledge on Actimize AML solution framework is an added advantage
