Job Description

    Position - Assistant Manager - MarketingQualification - Graduation -Mech/EEE/ECEExperience - Min - 6 years to Max 7 yearsLocation - Chennai - Oragadam - SIPCOTIndustry Domain - Automobile/Auto Ancillary Manufacturing - Tier 1Gender - Male PreferredJob Nature - PermanentNotice Constraint - Min of 40 days preferredJob Profile
    • Manage & Motivate the Workforce to meet the Management Goal
    • Ensure the No Shortage / Stoppage of Customer Line
    • Meeting the customer RFQ deadline &On time payment collection as per customer due date
    • Monitoring the Forecast Vs Actual schedule & discussing with PPC and customer for further action
    • Monthly reconciliation of Invoice made & GRN of Customer through PPC team
    • Ensuring the outstanding aging and other retrievals from customers
    • Preparing the RFQ detail quotation sheet to top management approval before submitting to RFQ &ECN Follow-up with customer and different function for adoption and implementation date
    • Organizing Internal meeting for New Events and Design changes etc for Meeting the customer MRD & Ensuring the 100% supply without line stoppage of customer
    • Monthly Customer meeting for Stock review & Performance etc
    • Ensuring the monthly Sales target & Reporting with MIS Report
    Other Details :
    • Must be located in 10 km radius &Must be good at MS office tools & Communication
    • Good experience in handling OEM customer (Mandatory) -
    • People preferably from Automobile industry (Mandatory)
