Male Candidate Only.Education Requirement: B.G.L/LLM/LLB/BL

Expertise in drafting,Comercial/corporate Contracts, vetting, interpretation, execution and registration of various types of legal documents pertaining to purchase/sale of residential/commercial properties ,Business Contracts , agreement to sale, sale deeds etc., All documents pertaining to Joint Venture Agreements, License Agreements, MOUs, C&F, P TO P, Loan license, in various commercial transactions
Handling of Intellectual Property Rights of the Company.
Liaison with Advocates.
To attend various court litigation matters.
Prepare and maintain relevant data/ records pertaining to the department.
Providing updates on various statutes for legal protection of the Company.
