Job Description

    Ensure material planning to meet demand and inventory optimization & manage key raw materials and Inventory Control.Manage Supply Requirements for manufacturing through understanding internal/external demand based on a rolling forecast and interacting closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure 100% meeting of both internal & External customer requirements.Responsible for service performance / excellence.Scheduling of assets (incl. Toller) based on Demand / Forecast and planning of raw materialsUpdate planning tool and generated production plan for planning time fence based on changes in demand and supply.Responsible for asset scheduling, supply and raw material planning / traded finished goods, if req. and coordinate logistics to meet the supply/demand plan, along with Operations and Inventory goals.Manage Exception Messages through SAP/ Planning tool, firming production plan to meet demand signals from warehouse and or plant, cancel purchase / process orders if not needed and pull forward or delay firmed schedule.Follow up on non-executed schedule (Distressed Management) and order adjustment based on latest material availability and Minimize backorders.Provide reports to manager for Weekly Production Meeting with Commercial / Operations Team to identify and bridge the gap B/W the AOP Vs Outlook.Support and maintaining Operating Calendar / Cleaning Matrix / Production Wheel for Optimized asset Utilization output in planning tool. Support to NPI & NPT on Material planning / Asset capacity allocation.Ensure adherence to SIOP SOP policy and processes.Coordinate for inter / intra STPOs movementsDrive a safety culture and EHS measures.Support productivity / sustainability / ISO / projects for cost / service optimization.,
