* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Capability and Capacity Building Ideation capability & capacity building for optimisation and new process and workflows for efficiency. With focus on technology and automation. Identifying training needs and ensuring with proper monitoring of Training Rollout & Implementation Ensure smooth implementation of new builds liaison with L&D team for content preparation. Ensure feedback of end users for further improvements & sustenance management. Identifying & solutioning improvement opportunities : Conducting VOC s Surveys and branch visits for identifying opportunities and consulting subject matter experts data analysis and research for plausible solutions. BRD Timelines & Quality To adhere to BRD timelines discussed with the stakeholders. Also ensure that the build envisaged is chalked out in the BRD document comprehensively. Stakeholder Alignment Vendor identification and relationship building Liaison with cross functional teams like IT Vendors BIU L&D to ensure project delivery & solutioning. Providing assistance to Business and support function for efficient operations Monitoring and ensuring BI activities including- Incentive for all Products; Monthly Review Automated Decks MIS Dashboard Database Management Monitoring Policy and system administration team activities including- User ID Creation Temporary Mapping Identifying errors and Reporting BRD Review and UD Signoffs Continuous policy and system testing Monitoring and evaluation of Projects Monitoring and ensuring BRD Timelines & Quality To adhere to BRD timelines discussed with the stakeholders. Also ensure that the build envisaged is chalked out in the BRD document comprehensively.
