Responsibility
Managing inventory and high availability for specific customers or specific countries in the region.
Part of a global supply chain organisation in a function that links the regional sales organisation and our factories worldwide.
Assisting with ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of supply, delivery and customer orders in the region.
Monitoring of product availability
Working with Factories at different organisational levels to ensure optimal availability
Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
On a continued basis optimize the inventory levels, Inventory controlling
Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
Reducing slow moving inventory of finished goods
Planning and Organising -
Providing Analyses for Sales, SOP, Stock Targets, Factories
Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region
Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers
Other tasks as required on the job agreed with a direct Manager
Professional competencies
3 - 4 years with any graduation
Strong work experience in handling SAP MM
Involved in Stock inventory, delivery service
Handling procurement /supply chain
Willing to work in European shift (11 am - 7 pm)
well versed with MS office - Excel
Should be an independent/self driven
Virtually handling North america
Strong in English/email communication
