Do it here.What you ll be doing.You will be a member of the Network System Stability team, providing critical support to applications to make it more stable. Your goal will be to reduce outages and service disruptions

  • Working on problem management. Do root cause analysis of outages. Follow up on Problem tasks
  • Working as a member of Change Approval Board ( CAB) in change management process
  • Having a good understanding of Major Incident, Problem and Change management
  • Creating of availability metrics. Present them to stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in a fixed schedule 3 Pm till 12 night IST shift.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor degree with one or more years of work experience
  • One or more year of practical experience in Problem management.
  • One or more years of experience in Major Incident management, Root Cause analysis, Change approval process.
Even better to have:
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to interact and work with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
  • Good analytical skills. Competent in number crunching.
  • Good understanding of the IT Service Management process flow. Work experience in Service Now platform.
  • Good excel skills. Ability to create graphs, manipulate unstructured data into structured tables. Usage of formulas.
  • ITIL certification is a definite bonus.
  • Ability to do Python coding.
  • Knowledge of applied statistics
