bTransUnions Job Applicant Privacy NoticeWhat Well Bring: Role Summary: The Telecom Expense Advisor manages the ordering, inventory and invoicing of data, voice and mobile services procured Globally. This position will work closely with the engineering and procurement leads to maintain an inventory of all telecom services and work closely with 3rd party telecom partners. This position will strive for continuous improvements within the domain to bring efficiency and consistency across a Global Footprint. How you will contribute:

  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility and expense management tools (Mobility Central and Microsoft Intune)
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management including managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management
  • Complete documentation of all critical aspects of the job SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), Technical Reference Documents, How To documents, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), etc.) in alignment with program management guidelines. This includes revising existing documentation, creating new documentation, and integrating documentation with knowledge transfer planning.
  • Procure data and voice circuits, telephony services, telecom hardware and additional services
  • Maintain and oversee telecom invoicing across data, voice, and mobile domains
  • Develop and implement knowledge transfer plans covering all critical aspects of the job and align with overall program management guidelines (i.e., knowledge storage and management systems, communication tools, review, and verification process, etc.)
  • Work closely with 3rd party telecom vendors on all services

  • Strong multi-taking skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in telecom invoicing coding and terminology of data, voice and mobile services
  • Ability to utilize End User Analytics and Monitoring Software
  • Experience maintaining asset management software and self-service portal for software deployment
