Key responsibilities include:r r

  • Develop a team of professionals for working at the clinic.r
  • Take complete sales ownership by setting and delivering sales targetsr
  • Supervise the entire process of lead handling from inquiry, and conversions to consultations& procedures.r
  • Devise and supervise marketing plans for lead generation.r
  • Forging lasting relationships with patients. Ensure patient interactions and follow-ups to ensure that patients are satisfied with results and overall experience.r
  • Mission coordination with doctors and assistants on a regular basis.r
  • Comply with clinic management protocols including patient data, photo sessions, facility upkeep, CRM software etc.r
  • Ensure safety and quality control standards are followed and safeguard measures are in place to protect patients, staff & property.r
  • Periodic reporting as per the companyaEUR(TM)s guidelines.r
r r Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:r r

  • Core requirement: Should possess exceptional sales skills.r
  • Preferably around 28-35 years of ager
  • At least 5 years of experience in client sales and handling, preferably in a medical environment.r
  • Must be a smart individual with good common sense.r
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.r

To develop as complete skin and hair Counsellor and provide consultations to clients for their skin and hair related problems.r r r 2. Suggesting and performing treatments on patients based upon the diagnosis of skin and hair related concerns.r r r 3. Must have knowledge of Hair Loss Control and Hair Growth Treatments, Hair Growth Laser treatment, Mesotherapy, treatment with Dermaroller, and PRP treatments.r r r r 4. Suggest appropriate treatments and packages to be convertaed into salesr r r r 5. Consultation of Surgical hair transplant procedure.r r r 6. Consultation for Hair Replacement procedure.r r r 7.
