Job Description

sr-ndp in chandigarhJob Responsibilities for Executive/ Sr. Executive- NPD (RnD):Salary :- 30,000 40,000Location: Chandigarh

  • Should be working with any FMCG in Product Development/ Formulation Development/ RnD with experience of 3 - 4 years.
  • Desired Qualification B Pharma/ B Pharma / B tech in Cosmetics technology.
  • Performing in-house stability studies and product benchmarking in parallel to subsidiaries to
Establish India R&D as independent entity.
  • Developing third party manufacturers for new product ranges in India/technology transfer from Indonesia, Japan, Thailand etc.
  • Connecting with legal and regulatory bodies for evaluation of products in development stages
  • Establishing product development system including testing protocols, safety evaluations and manufacturing processes for ongoing and future projects
  • Outside/in-house R&D product review to develop product prototypes for formula and aesthetic review.
  • He/She should have the knowledge about chemical & biological testing of Raw & finished product.
  • Managing timelines for various products to ensure timely launch.
  • He/She should know the regulations of BIS/FDA pertaining to cosmetics, raw materials, and home care products.
