    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Accounts with a Chartered Accountant qualification to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, implementing financial strategies, and providing accurate financial information to guide decision-making processes.ResponsibilitiesOversee the organizations financial health and financial reportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growthConduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performanceCollaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goalsContinuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems for efficiency and accuracyQualification.
