We prioritize excellence in quality assurance and are seeking an experienced QA Lead to guide our testing processes.Position : QA LeadExperience Required : 7 Years ResponsibilitiesLeadership : Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing processes and best practices.Testing Strategy Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Define and implement a robust testing strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Manual And Automated Testing Oversee the execution of manual testing for mobile and web applications. Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation testing frameworks.Mobile And Web Applications Lead testing team for both mobile (iOS and Android. and web applications. Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.Test Automation Tools Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools and frameworks. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance the automation process.Defect Management Collaborate with development teams to identify, prioritize, and track defects. Implement effective defect management processes to ensure timely resolution.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Lead with a minimum of 15 years in manual and automation testing. Expertise in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications. Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.Key Competencies Leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinking and ability to design effective testing strategies.
