Job Description

Skill required

  • Proven track record of exceeding in the set sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market trends and potential of the territory
  • Have experience of the territory
Responsibilities:
  • Own primary and secondary channel sales to deliver annual volume objectives
  • Grow effective distribution through the network of C&F agents, distributors, and retailers and collect payments
  • Identify new distributors and retailers in the territory. Develop relationship and onboard for increasing market penetration and reach
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Quickly analyze the market response and communicate promotional requirements to the marketing team
  • Ensure ground-level implementation of promotional activities. Drive visibility and sales activations
  • Lead new product launches in the territory in coordination with the marketing team
