• Build and keep strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication.
• Understand what customers need and like to provide them with personalized support.
• Present and promote products and services to clients in an engaging way.
• Spot chances to offer additional products or services to current clients.
• Handle client questions, complaints, and requests quickly and professionally.
• Work with other teams, like sales, marketing, and operations, to solve customer issues.
• Meet sales goals and targets, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to find new opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and transactions.
• Take part in training to improve sales skills and relationship management.
