Procurement HeadRole & responsibilities
• Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.
• Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.
• Running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate warranty claims and service requests. Facilitate the accreditation of new suppliers.
• Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time at the site.
• Collection of Indents from various departments. Getting Quotations from Suppliers & New Vendors
• Minimum three quotations require for finalization. Getting approval for technical specifications Prepare and issue purchase order ensuring proper documentation, follow up for delivery
• Purchase Requisitions entry. Follow up for the materials
• Material received report verification. Bills verification
• Dealing with accounts department for payments
