PurposeImplement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share ofTechnical Foam on sustainable basis. Identify prospects and add customers for achieving businessobjectives while maintaining customer relationship.PROFITABLE GROWTH
• Implement sales plan to achieve RCV targets in Technical Foam Segment.
• Follow up with existing customers fororders, payments and statutory forms.
• Prospect & identify opportunities and convert them into business.
• Actively follow current industry trends, market and competitors activities, consolidate information and submit details.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATIONSurvey markets for potential clients at regular interval, identify new customer or new foam applications.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• Visit existing customers to strengthen relationship
• Ensure timely end-customer complaint redressal.
COLLECTIONS
• Ensure that payments are received timely from the customers.
• Ensure compliance to Statutory requirement of Sales tax and other Govt bodies such as C forms, etc.
