Job Description

Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)Requirements 5 years experience in React JS, Redux, JavaScript, ES6/Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap OR Material UI, REST, NodeJS, GraphQL Must have vast background and knowledge with Unit Testing and Continuous Integration processes (CI/CD). Knowledge on devops CI/CD process, etc. Experience in developing and optimizing large scale React.JS, Angular and Node.JS applications Strong understanding on secured programming, various REST API integration best practices. A strong understanding of approaches and techniques to optimize web performance In depth understanding of agile development methodologies Understanding of Sonar and Code Quality MetricsResponsibilities Ability to work independently or with a team and lead a project to completion Ability to proactively coordinate with team members, reach out for help and take necessary steps to complete the task on time Ability to organize work for himself and for the team and. sequence the work items Ability to get into details and explain the team members on importance of each activity Keeping all the stakeholders up to date with the task progress Ensuring the adherence to the process throughout the development life-cycle Should be able to own the responsibility for code quality, application security, functioning, and performance of the code changes Accurately depict the proper set of UI frameworks, UI libraries, layout and API interfaces Create POCs to evaluate technical stack, frameworks and approaches consulting if needed. Must have the ability to successfully collaborate with product management as well as UI team. Work with business user teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities. Ensure to guide process and technology adoption to assure appropriate QA testing of User Interfaces application. Identify performance bottlenecks and deliver rapid solutions Review 3rd-party libraries for technical feasibility and legal adherence Perform code reviews for front-end development teams across the organization Develop formal documentation on UI development processes and standards .Net Experience: Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server.
