Position Summary Analyzes, evaluates, audits, designs and maintains data on HRIS. Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Maintain HRIS system to ensure efficient operations, processing, and reporting.
Conduct audits on a regular basis to ensure accurate data is maintained and processes are followed. Design and implement audit queries as needed based on identification of data integrity gaps. Create specifications for changes to system and work with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly. Play key role in and conduct testing for conversions, implementations and updates. Correct data as required; prevent negative impact on system. Play key role in representing HRIS department in all phases of global projects where HR data and/or data support is involved. Write/Run routine, compliance, and ad hoc data reports using the PeopleSoft Query Manager.
Train personnel in data entry, processes, and reporting; Create user guides as needed. Responsible for data inquiries and escalations submitted through the case management portal. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Reporting Relationship Reports to Sr. Global HR Manager, Employee Solutions. Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent HRIS experience. DESIRED Recent PeopleSoft experience, to include experience with Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Workforce Development, Compensation, Absence Management, and Global Payroll modules. Experience with global/multinational setup highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Teamwork: Ability to effectively work and complete assignments in group settings.
