Job Role:Home Delivery LeadWork Experience (specify range)* 4-8 yearsCTC (specify range)* 500000Job Location(s) Amritsar,Chandigarh,JalandharQualification(s) Any Graduation (MBA preferred)Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation1.Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service,levels for JHD customersRecruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target2. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to agents3. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis4. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products5. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage6. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for, Home Delivery7. Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience8. Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies and best practices1. Knowledge of managing , supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10,people2. Knowledge of product and market3. Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices4. Team Recruitment Skills5. Target orientation
