Position Summary
The Global Mobility Coordinator primary duties are to ensure the department operates with efficiency. The Global Mobility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the incoming request, updating spreadsheets and maintaining organization in the internal system.
Duties Responsibilities
Functions
ESSENTIAL
Responsibility over Travel Function; Responsible for ensuring Travel Authorization (TA) are reviewed and acted upon accordingly.
Maintain spreadsheets/trackers and ensure they are up to date with relevant information
Maintain and manage immigration dates. Communicate with Operations and Employees to ensure schedules allow ample time for renewals, if required.
Oversee incoming invoices for Global Mobility Department Support the Global Mobility Operations and Resourcing Team with reporting and overall support in managing assignments, documents, checklists, important dates, etc. Weekly Meetings with Global Mobility Resourcing Team
Ensure Business Travelers have the correct credentials to travel Responsible for Immigration input into HRIS
Ensure tickets are assigned in a timely manner Review global workload with regional GM Coordinators
Department and Employee files
information up to date
modifies and revises existing documents as needed
ensure each file holds required documents
informs HRIS of updated immigration documents for download into PeopleSoft Support Global Mobility Specialist
