b Aishwarya Healthcare (Pharma) Position: Import-Export coordinator Experience: 2 to 5 Years Qualification: MBA xe2x80x93 Logistics & International Business, Post Graduate Diploma in Export Import. Job Location: Chandigarh (Zirakpur Corporate Office). JD FOR THE POST OF IMPORT-EXPORT COORDINATOR

Responsible for EXIM Imports & Exports Documentation, Schemes such as EPCG, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP etc.
Hands on experience in dealing with Customs & Excise Officials on a daily basis for Imports, Exports, DTA sale etc.
Co-ordinate with PPC, Stores, Warehouse for arrivals and dispatch on daily basis
Preparation of MIS on a Monthly basis.
Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHA, Transporters for Freight Negotiations & Customs Clearance activities on a daily basis.
Ensure all Statutory Returns & Compliance for Customs, Excise, DGFT, EIA etc are filed on time with the respective Govt Agencies.
Records Keeping as per Statutory Requirements, Checking of Bill of lading, shipping bill
Support Stores & Warehouse activities.
Checking & Clearing Invoices of Service Providers, E-way bill preparation for import shipment
Detailed Knowledge of Export/Import rules and compliance statutory requirements.
