Job Description

Title - US/UK Process AssociateLocation - Chandigarh IT ParkShift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift Cab FacilitySalary - Up to max 36K CTC 5-6K monthly IncentivesShift Timings : RotationalQualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
  • Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist customers in navigating the companys products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs
