*To develop Sales and Channel Network & developing Market Area.*Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.*Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase Sales & brand awareness.*Strengthen the relation with existing channel partner and maximise their sale.*Sales forecasting, develop dealers network, solving dealer problem, giving market feedback, achieve sales & collection targets, motivates & lead the sales team in assigned areas.*Reaching the targets and goal set of your area.*Handling Primary and secondary targets and handle dealers in assigned region.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company products.
  • Reaching the targets and goal set of your area.
  • Establishing, Maintaining and expending your customers base.
  • Serving the needs of existing customer.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research as well as expanding existing network.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales, BD, Channel Sales experience: 2-3 years (min.)
  • Any Graduation, PG or MBA/Masters
