This fast growing brand is expanding operations across India and are looking to hire quality leadership talent.Job Profile:Sales strategy: Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for the zone, setting sales targets, and motivating the team to achieve themTeam management: Training and developing the Center Staff & Healthcare professionals to improve their performance, conducting regular sales meetings, and providing feedbackCustomer service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring client queries are resolved, and delivering excellent customer serviceBudgeting & InventoryMorale: Analysing team culture and increasing moraleWilling to Travel across the Zone to manage operations and drive revenueRequirements6 years of Clinic / Healthcare / Retail / Store Operations experienceExperience managing multiple units with PnL accountability.Candidates with experience in healthcare space or Retail operationsProven track record in managing exclusive brand outlets (EBO) can also applyCore skills required Operations management and service excellenceHas the knack to take ownership and independently manage clinic operationsThrives in an ambiguous business environment.
