Revenue Growth : Achieving a predetermined increase in revenue over a specific period. Helping team towards the closure and establishing new channels and strategy to grow the sales. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. Managing sales teams. Client Retention : Ensuring the retention of existing clients and fostering long-term relationships. Customer. Satisfaction : Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from clients. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. Cross selling and Upselling : Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients.
