Required Diploma/Degree in Hotel ManagementThe key responsibilities of this function include:-Attending to guest calls on their enquirers-Processes reservations by mail, telephone-Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and online travel agents-Handling Group Booking.-Knows the selling rates, and benefits of all packages plans-Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the Company-Prepares letters of confirmation-Communicates reservation information to the Resort Team-Handling booking advance deposit and payment transfers-Responds to enquirers and makes reservations as needed-Updating all the booking on the CRS System-Making Outbound calls-Acknowledging payments from Online Portals and payment follow ups desired Qualifications
